  1. Take 1 safeda mango
  2. Prepare 2 glass milk
  3. Prepare 2 tb sp sugar

  5. Get 4-6 almonds
  6. Prepare 8-10 pistachio
Steps to make Mango Smoothie:
  1. Wash, peel and chop mango.
  2. Put chopped mango in a mixer. Add sugar.
  3. Add 1/2 glass of milk in it and churn for 30 seconds. Add green cardamom powder.
  4. Now pour rest of the milk and churn again for 2 minutes. Smoothie is ready.
  5. Pour it in glasses.
  6. Garnish with almonds and pistachio and serve chilled.
