The ingredients needed to make Alfredo Sauce:
  1. Make ready 1 Tablespoon Butter
  2. Make ready 4 large cloves Garlic, pressed or minced
  3. Prepare 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon flour
  4. Make ready 2 Cups Half n Half
  5. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  6. Get 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions to make Alfredo Sauce:
  1. Saute garlic for 1 minute in butter over medium high heat.
  2. Stir in flour for 1 minute more, stirring constantly.
  3. Add Half n Half and which until evenly mixed together.
  4. Cook until mixture reaches a simmer. Lower heat to medium low and let simmer until mixture thickens. (Approx. 2 min.)
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and seasoning. Whisk until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. (Add parsley OR Basil at this point if you're going to.)
  7. Serve with your favorite pasta!
