The ingredients needed to make Cheesecake:
  1. Take 180-200 gr biscuits
  2. Make ready 100 gr butter
  3. Get 700 gr curd
  4. Make ready 200 gr cream
  5. Get 180 gr sugar powder
  6. Make ready 2 tablespoon cocoa
  7. Take vanillin
  8. Get 20 gr gelatin
  9. Get 120 ml cold water
  10. Get 100 gr chocolate
Instructions to make Cheesecake:
  1. Grind biscuits
  2. Melt the butter and mix with the biscuits
  3. Flatten the top by placing the biscuits in a mold. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  4. Cool the gelatin with the water and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes
  5. In a deep bowl mix together the cream, curd, sugar powder and vanillin
  6. Divide the mixture into 2 parts. And add cocoa to one part and mix
  7. Melt the gelatin
  8. Add half of the gelatin to one part of the mixture and mix. And add half of the gelatin to another part of mixture
  9. Put the first part in the mold and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes
  10. Then add second part in the mold and freeze
  11. Then melt the chocolate and put in the mold and freeze for 2 hours. Bon appetite!🙃😋
