  2. Take 120 g frozen scallop
  3. Take 1 tsb soy bean sauce

  7. Prepare 1 little cornstarch
Steps to make Angled Loofah:
  1. Peel and cut loofah into strips. Brieftly blanch with boiling water. Drain and set aside
  2. Thaw scallop rinse and mix well with cornstarch. Place on top of loofah. Steam until scallops are done.
  3. Heat oil and stir fry garlic, ginger and bean sauce until fragrant. Drizzle over steamed loofah. Done
