  8. When tender, ready! Nice side salad.

Stir remaining dressing into lentil mixture. Place spinach leaves on salad plates and top with lentils. For the salad, place the cooked lentils and the spinach into a serving bowl. A delicious salad that works equally well warm or at room temperature. Bring to a gentle boil over medium-high heat.
