  1. First the dressing fish sauce vinegars, chilli, garlic, palm sugar leave the sugar to dissolve keep tasting and adjust if needed
  2. All the other ingredients mix in a bowl not the nuts you need them for the end
  3. Add your dressing. I like to chill for an hour
  4. Place on a serving plater squeeze over the line sprinkle with nuts and a flourish of corriander
