  1. prepare rice and frozen broccoli according to pkg. directions.
  2. Saute chopped veggies in butter until tender.
  3. Combine rice, broccoli, soups, and 2 cups cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  4. Spread into a 9x13 greased baking dish and bake covered for 30 minutes.
  5. Add remaining cheese or more on top and bake for 5 min or til cheese is melted. Enjoy!
