  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Add first 5 wet ingredients to the mixer. Mix on low continuously.
  2. Combine the remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until just blended and let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Drop tablespoon sized blobs onto your cookie sheet, spacing them 1-2 inches apart. (About a dozen per sheet.)
  5. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown at 400°.
  6. Immediately move to a cooling rack. Enjoy! Recipe makes about 4 dozen.
