  1. Prepare Sweet chilli & garlic paste
  2. Prepare habanero
  3. Make ready Full bowl of bell peppers
  4. Prepare salt
  5. Take knorr chicken cube
  6. Take oil
  7. Prepare mushrooms
  8. Get onion
  9. Take Peri peri turkey fillets
Steps to make Sweet chilli&Garlic sauce:
  1. Heat oil
  2. Fry onion and habanero
  3. Add the Peri peri turkey fillet fry until it brown
  4. Add the vegetables (mushrooms, bell peppers)
  5. Add salt, chicken knorr cube and cover to simmer for 3 minutes
  6. After 3 minutes add the sweet chilli & garlic paste (you can add small water it's too tick)
  7. Mix well add cover it to simmer again for 5 minutes and it done
  8. Don't forget to reduce the heat to prevent it from burning.
  9. Serve with spaghetti or boiled rice
