  3. Roll in maida (just for thin coating not too much flour) it prevents fish from breaking and makes crispy
  4. Heat little oil 2tbsp and shallow fry fish when oil is hot
  5. Fry from both sides for few mins till golden colour and crispy, take out on platter to serve
  6. Make sauce to pour over fish
  7. Heat butter add Parsley garlic and lemon zest and little lemon juice, when hot pour over fish
  8. Serve immediately, you can use more butter.
