  1. Get 4 slices bread
  2. Get 2 eggs
  3. Take 25 ml milk
  4. Take 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  7. Make ready Pork frankfurters or sausages, sliced

  3. Butter bread and dip both sides in the egg mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Place 2 slices of bread on top of the egg.
  5. Once the egg firms up, flip it for the other side to cook.
  6. Build your sandwich with what you'd like as soon as you flip the egg. (Polony - tomatoes and more polony). Top with cheese.
  7. Fold the sides of the egg onto the bread then fold it into two to close it.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
