In a bowl add oats and add hot water. Mix well. Refrigerate for 5 mins
Boil the potatoes, cool. Peel and coarsely mash the potatoes and mix to the oats mix
Beat the yoghurt and keep the coriander Chutney, tamarind Chutney ready
Chop the onions, ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves fine
Mix all to the oats mix and mix well. Add cumin powder, roasted cumin powder, salt and mix well
Make tikkis and set aside
In a pan take a little oil and pan sear the tikkis
To plate add the yoghurt, the tikkis, add the coriander Chutney, tamarind Chutney, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and enjoy
