First wash all vegetables & chopped in big pieces.
Heat the Vessel take water for boiling add chopped beetroot,carrot,spinach,garlic, tomato & small piece of ginger add some water again if required then cover the lid for approx 30 to 40 minutes in low flame.
After 40 minutes vegetables is about to cook completely they become soft give rest for cools completely in room temperature.
