  1. Wash your beef and put in a pot, season with salt, pepper and knorr.
  2. Add the stockfish then allow to cook till abit soft
  3. Add your oil, then waterleaf and dryfish. Don't cover the pot allow to simmer till the water is almost dry.
  4. Add your ukazi then crayfish and Pepper. Allow to. Heat a little the add your washed uguh.
  5. Turn and lower the heat f your stove. Allow to cook a little, taste for salt and pepper, if not okay to your taste add more.
  6. Turn off the heat and dont cover the pot so that your ugu will. Not overcook. Enjoy with any swallow
